PowerTV, Inc. A subsidiary of Scientific Atlanta that makes an operating system some set-top boxes are using. So far, Ameritech, BellSouth, Pacific Telesis Group, Siemens, and Southen New England Telephone plan to use the software.

3Com 3Com manufactures cablemodems and cablerouters.
Motorola Used by MediaOne, TCI. Market leader. Click the link to check their cablemodem specs. 
Scientific Atlanta Scientific Atlanta doesn't make cablemodems or back end equipment, but they make every connector, cable, and tap that the cable companies use. Click the link to get specifics on their product line. 
Cisco's Deal

Thomson Consumer Electronics  Technically the RCA site, but Thomson owns 'em. 
NG Cable I've never heard of 'em, but darned if they don't have a line of cablemodem products, including a back end. Click the link to check them out.

@Home An indepenent. Several cable companies own large amounts of stock in @Home. If you've got TCI cable service, your cablemodem service will probably be from @Home. A subsidiary called @Work provides data service to businesses.
MediaOne Provides service to several 'burbs in the Chicagoland area.
